Things i like to do when i feel sad

I am the person that sad very often because i like to think about about everyone i always put all the problem on myself. I am a bad temper person that easily get angry. but now i can control it sometime not all the time. i make my own way to reduce that feeling of angry, stress by doing this :

- Listening to music like happy music, funny song , dance song, encourage song
- Spend time with my special person she always encourage me make happy every time i meet her i feel release and happy so much she love me so much and i love her so much too
- i sometime play guitar to release all my stress i like music because it make a sound whenever we want it to.
- go for a walk.
- talk to my friend
- have a party with friend
and there alot way to release your sad.
