How To Control Your Anger ?

Image result for angerAs we all know our feeling is depend on time. Sometime you feel sad,happy,stress,angry etc......
but anger and stress the most popular feeling for every people in the world. Sometime anger can change your life in a minute mostly from good to bad. but to control and release your anger you can do something like below:




- smile and walk to somewhere to do anything else.
- don't talk while you are angry.
- don't decide something too fast.
- drink water.
- wash your face.
- take a long breath.
- review yourselves that angry like burning yourselves.
- stop do everything go somewhere so silent and shout to release.
